Lieutenant Colonel Andrew M. Addison entered active duty in June 1981 at Fort Jackson, SC as a private. Over the course of his outstanding military career, LTC Addison distinguished himself in a variety of challenging and critical assignments both in CONUS and OCONUS units as a dedicated Quartermaster and Engineer Officer.

 

XO, 391st MP BN, Columbus, OH, 2006-2009

Assigned to Fort Hunter Liggett. OIC for the COB's and Role Players responsible for training the National Guard and Reservists in preparation for deployment.

Division J-4, Pandemic Influenza Planning Team, 200th MP CMD, 2009-2010

Member of a 15 soldier team that put together a plan for the H1N1/Pandemic Influenza. Worked closely with the DOD, all branches of the military along with civilian agencies to plan for the federal response to a mass PI event.

Group S-4, 645th Regional Support Group, South field, Michigan, 2010-2012

Conducted numerous Staff Assistance Visits and Inspections for Downtrace Units (DRU's). Under his leadership and guidance the 645th RSG CSDP/MDP results improved and the RSG achieved a passing score of 80% in the first inspection. the final inspection of the 645th resulted in a score of over 90%. LTC Addison was directly responsible for preparing the 645th RSG for deployment to Afghanistan. the 645th Successfully completed the deployment to Afghanistan in May 2012 and redeployed to Southfield, MI.

Facilities Engineer/Directorate of Public Works, Garrison, 645th Regional Support Group, Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan 2011-2012

Responsible for infrastructure, utilities, construction, land management, facilities improvements, planning, zoning, flood mitigation, property (land and buildings), future land use planning, power, water, sewage treatment, and storm sewer drainage. Accomplishments include the Wounded Warrior consolidation and relocation of all wounded military personnel to 4 state of the art buildings, management of all former Canadian infrastructure and supported NATO partners (Romanian, UAE, Bulgarian, Czech, French).

LTC Addison attended the COIN Academy in Kabul, Afghanistan. During the Leaders Recon in January 2011, LTC Addison was engaged by the enemy and he was awarded the Combat Action Badge for combat actions at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. LTC Addison was additionally awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Afghan Campaign Medal with 2 stars and his unit was awarded the Meritorious Unit Citation.

Sergeant Major Wright was born in Charleston South Carolina and graduated in 1977 from Burk High School. He attended Virginia Union University for two years before he entered the U.S. Army in April  of 1979. SGM Wright completed Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Knox, Kentucky. His initial assignment was with Company A 3rd Battalion, 67th Armor, 2D AD Fort Hood, Texas, where he served as a Tank Driver and Loader.

His follow on assignment and duty position include Tank Gunner and Tank Commander with Company  B 3rd Battalion, 68th Armor, Mannheim Germany 1980. 8th Infantry Division NCOA, Primary Non-commissioned Officer Course (PNCOC) and 7th Army NCOA, Basic Non-commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC) graduated 1981-82.

He served as the Research and Development NCO at HHC United States Army Armor and Engineer Board Fort Knox, Kentucky 1983-85. He became a Drill Sergeant and Senior Drill Sergeant with Company C and A of 13th Battalion, 4th BCT BDE, Fort Knox, Kentucky 1986-88. Platoon Sargeant with Company a 2nd Battalion, 32D Armor, Butzbach, Germany 1988-89. Primary Leadership Development Course Instructor at HHC 3D Armor Division Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Butzbach, Germany and 24th Infantry Division Noncommissioned Officer Academy Fort Stewart, GA 1989-92.

He was Platoon Sergeant with A-Troop 2/4th Cavalry, Fort Stewart, GA and Company D 2nd Battalion 68th Armor, Baumholder, Germany 1993-94. Operation Sergeant/School NCOIC with 7th Army NCO Academy, Grafenwoehr, Germany 1995-97. First Sergeant with Company D and C of 1st Battalion, 63 Armor, Vilseck, Germany 1998-2000. United States Army Sergeant Major Academy, Class 52, graduate 2000-02. Brigade Operation Sergeant Major with 2nd Infantry Division Mechanized, 1st BDE, Camp Casey, Korea 2002-2003, and his last active duty assignment was Senior Enlisted Instructor at Texas A&M University College Station TX, 2003-2007.

Sergeant First Class Fred was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico and moved to New York with her parents at the age of 4.  She was raised by her mother in the Bronx, New York and graduated South Bronx High School in 1996. Sergeant First Class Fred entered the United States Army at Ft Hamilton New York and attended Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training at Ft McClellan Alabama.  As a trained Military policeman she was stationed at West Point Military Academy and stayed there for her entire Active Duty Career. During her time at West Point Military Academy, SFC Fred was a patrolman and Military Police Desk Clerk. She was also, assigned to the Honor Guard Company where she conducted well over 1000 Military Funerals and Color Guard Events.  SFC Fred took a position for training and Operations until her completion of Service in 2001. In 2004 SFC Fred joined the Nevada Army National Guard as a Human Resources Specialist for the 72nd Military Police Company.  While with the 72nd MP Company SFC Fred conducted Military Police Duties in Vicenza, Italy during Annual Training in 2005 and was activated in response to the Hurricane Katrina Emergency in Louisiana.  SFC then took a full-time position as a Readiness NCO for the Recruit Sustainment Company from 2005-2012 where she was responsible for procedures to deploy newly enlisted Soldiers to Training. From 2012-2020 SFC Fred decided to challenge herself as a Recruiting and Retention NCO and was quickly assigned as a Station Commander where she leads her recruiting team to become the top producing office for the state from 2014-2017 in Las Vegas.
